Why Amlion

Built on seven years of European UBO register experience

01
Belgian precedent
We built and operated Belgium's UBO register infrastructure for seven years. We know how transparency registers work from the inside — the edge cases, the deadlines, the document gaps.
02
Agentic UBO identification
AI agents trace beneficial ownership chains across jurisdictions and corporate layers. Control-by-other-means, trust cascades, and nominee patterns are detected automatically.
03
Continuous monitoring
Ongoing surveillance of ownership changes after filing. Your register stays accurate after day one, with alerts when discrepancies surface.
